You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your session. If you're between 24 and 5 hours out, you can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. Within 5 hours, we aren’t able to offer changes or refunds, since it’s unlikely we’ll fill the spot in time.

We don’t currently offer changing rooms, so please come dressed and ready for your session, or be prepared to change nearby.

The minimum age to use our facilities is 18. This is an adult only space. We will not allow entry of individuals under this age or perceived to be. We hold the right to request ID if our staff requires it for entry.

Plan to arrive about 5–10 minutes before your start time to get settled and changed. If you’re already suited up, you can roll in closer to the session start.

Sessions typically run 45–55 minutes depending on the setup and location. You'll see exact timing when you book.

Our current sauna comfortably fits up to 6 people. Capacity may change as we grow, and will always be listed on our booking page.

Yes! We clean the sauna between each group.
Thanks to the high heat and steady airflow, traditional saunas are also naturally hygienic spaces. In fact, in Finland, the sauna was once considered the cleanest place in the home—so much so that it was the preferred location for childbirth -
Start with 5 to 15 minutes per round, depending on what feels right for you. Trust your body and take breaks as needed.

Our sessions typically allow for folks to do 3–4 cycles of hot and cold in a session, but it’s totally up to you. People would typically spend around 10 minutes in the heat followed by 2-4 minutes in the cold plunge
